I missed an appointment because the notification came to my wife's phone and not mine. They had no problem with that and were very pleasant and rescheduled me only a week later. Today was my second visit, which was just as good as the first. Both times the dental hygienists were great. Today I had Julie. The first time I had Dr. Phillips and the second time Dr Horan. Both of them were very pleasant. I had left my last practice because there was a change in ownership and the new dentist kept finding things wrong with my teeth where the prior dentist found no problems and said I had great teeth. I left when he said I had a cavity to fill. I didn't trust him. These dentists did imaging and found no cavities and again said I have great teeth. I guess that great teeth are one of the benefits of being German. (Disclaimer: I have no scientific basis to make the claim that Germans have great teeth 😆)

Our visit to Horan & Phillips went very well today. All of the staff are very courteous from the arrival for my grandson's appointment until our departure. The hygienist who take care of him was courteous and professional while treating him. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. She was kind enough to explain every step of the teeth cleaning process, to include what she needed him to do and made.him feel comfortable with taking the xrays as well. After the cleaning was done, Dr. Horan came in to examine my grandson and Dr. Horan was very courteous and kind as well! The staff are top quality professionals at this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care! Thank you again everyone!

I was delighted from the start thanks to Julie, the dental hygienist, who was so professional yet a lot of fun. And Dr. Horan couldn't have been nicer. I was there for a cleaning, but he was able to add on a small extra service without having to reschedule. I was thrilled from beginning to end. I can't wait to go back!

Dr Phillips is the best, kindest, most patient dentist I have had in my 70 years. The staff is courteous and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and his staff.
